Never Give Up
This morning I was watching the news and I was so happy to hear that Diana Nyad made her swim from Cuba to Florida! After several attempts this woman accomplished a very difficult goal. One of the first things she said after she got out of the ocean was "Never Give Up!" This message is so powerful! It's important to say it to ourselves and it is even 10X more important to instill this type of confidence in our patients! Do you all have some amazing stories where your patient never gave up?
